Goucher College Residency: International Arts Policy

With Spotlight on Opera’s 15th Anniversary season successfully ended, Cindy changes hats from admin/educator to student . This year’s Goucher College Master of Arts in Arts Administration residency centers on International Arts Policy, with a special focus on Italy and Russia. While at residency, Cindy will also collaborate with her cohort to produce the annual Cabaret.
